In-Home Support

In-Home Support Families require in home support for different lengths of time and for different reasons. My temporary bookings can be as flexible as your needs require, from a single day or night up to 3 months 24/5 care. Hygiene is always at the front on my mind when working with babies: When I enter your home, I will change my top and thoroughly wash my hands before caring for your baby.

Night Nanny £25 p/h

Sleep is always a hot topic for parents. When you are in the midst and mists of sleep deprivation, it can be tempting to use controversial and sometimes-dangerous sleep training methods that offer "miracle results". Your need for sleep is very real. Night time support can grant you the sleep you crave, safe in the knowledge that your baby is being cared for while you dream.
If breastfeeding, baby can be brought to you during the night for feeds. Afterwards, baby is taken back to the nursery and settled. If bottle feeding, I take care of all night feeds. All equipment is left cleaned and sterilized for the day ahead.
Nightshift bookings last a minimum of 8 hours. Typically a night shift will end at an agreed time (usually 6am or 7am, although this is flexible) however, depending on availability parents may wish to sleep until they wake up naturally.

Day & Night Nanny (24 hour care) £25 p/h / £600 per 24hrs

This service is available for 24-hour days, up to 5 days a week. This can be a single day, a week or weekend, or anything up to a period of 3 months.

Having 24-hour consecutive In-Home support can provide real peace of mind. It gives parents unrestricted support day and night. It provides the freedom for parents to take a break, recuperate, and enjoy all the things this special and fleeting time has to offer.

Each booking is tailored to your needs and includes a 4 hour break at a negotiated time for bookings exceeding one 24hr block.

Daily Nanny £25 p/h

Are you looking for support during the day? Or do you need someone who can provide sole charge care? Do you need someone to maintain a routine, or help you build one? Daily in-home help can provide support, freedom and peace of mind to families.

Remote Support

Remote support can take place via zoom, phone or email. Each appointment lasts approximately an hour but you will not be charged if we run over.
Each appointment has a flat rate of £25. My remote support services include:

Breastfeeding

Whether you are encountering problems (nipple pain, breast-refusal etc), or just want to be prepared for the journey ahead, you deserve support to achieve your own breastfeeding goals.

There are many misconceptions about what breastfeeding entails, as bottle feeding has been so prevalent in recent generations. Breastfeeding and bottle feeding are two very different ball-games, but problems have arisen when we try to apply bottle feeding techniques to breastfeeding.

If you are experiencing breast and/or nipple pain, are anxious about milk supply, have questions, or just want to be prepared, I would love to help.

Sleep Coaching

My holistic approach to sleep takes in a variety of factors unique to your family's dynamic. I then create a plan designed to optimise sleep, without pushing for developmentally inappropriate outcomes.

Night waking is a normal part of infant sleep, but there are many things that can be done to create healthy sleep habits and build the foundations of consolidated night time sleep. This helps us build a healthy and effective sleep routine. This can be helpful for newborns, older babies and even toddlers.
None of my coaching involves letting a baby cry alone for any ammount of time.

Flying Start

Tailored to expecting and new parents, the Flying Start package arms you with the knowledge key to achieving your breastfeeding goals and building the foundations of a healthy and effective sleep routine. I will also address any queries and concerns you may have in other aspects of parenting.
